TAVA/R.W. Beck Begins Year 2000 Remediation for Two New Municipalities

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Sept. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- TAVA Technologies, Inc. TAVA today announced that TAVA/R.W. Beck Llc. recently signed an agreement with Missouri River Energy Services to begin the process of inventorying and assessing microprocessor-based equipment associated with their municipal services, such as power, water treatment, wastewater treatment, police and fire services and airports. The agreement covers an initial group of 16 of the more than 50 members of the organization formerly known as Missouri Basin Municipal Power Agency.

TAVA/R.W. Beck also announced it is beginning the process of remediation for the electric power, water, and communications utility in Muscatine, Iowa.

TAVA is addressing the Y2k embedded system market in utilities through its interest in TAVA/R.W. Beck Llc. From its inception in March of 1998, TAVA/R.W. Beck, has executed agreements with 16 U.S. clients.

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Sept. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- TAVA Technologies (Nasdaq: TAVA - news) a leading provider of automation and information technology solutions to industry, today announced it has been selected by Weyerhaeuser Co. [NYSE:WY - news] to provide Year 2000 inventory consolidation, assessment and testing services at Weyerhaeuser wood products facilities. The contract provides for TAVA to perform analysis, testing and remediation services after the integration of the Weyerhaeuser Y2k database with the TAVA tools. TAVA will apply its unique Plant Y2k One(TM) tools and services in the program. Work will begin immediately in a cooperative partnershipm with Weyerhaeuser teams.
