Why is the tree considered an 'intellectual property' of Dr. Lorrichio?

Apparently it isn't, except by Loricchio and AZNT. The SEC appears to have a different opinion.

Because it's a figment of his imagination, maybe. This whole idiotic business about the financials being held up so they can pow-wow with the SEC about this little brainstorming idea sounds like it comes from the forked tongue of Chief Sylver.
