I believe that Stan's stock is an anti takeover ploy.
So much of the value of this company is not stated: Joint ventures, patents,the success of the three technologies, the vast world wide markets not yet scratched, etc. that the company could be had for a song and only the people taking over would benefit. We represent only a small fraction of the shares. Most shareholders know very little other than the visible bottom line. In my opinion a takeover would be a veritable disaster.

When the succession crisis becomes critical at ECD, it will become a public company. Until then, in my opinion, shareholders will "feel" better if they admire Stan and Iris.
