Too All:

Over the last few days, I've seen (on TV) and heard (on the radio) numerous investment "experts" preaching the buy-and-hold philosophy. You know the one, don't sell out at the bottom, stocks go down sometimes but they always go up over the long term, etc.

I'm trying to remember the last time I heard so many gurus preaching this message over the radio and TV waves. Can anyone help me remember what period in the past this was happening?
