It was Royce Lamberth (another right-wing judge in DC), not Jackson. Yes, he did slam Magaziner and the White House for failing to update or correct an allegedly false affidavit wherein Magaziner stated that all the members of the health care coalition were private citizens rather than public officials and therefore not subject to the sunshine laws of the federal govt. But Hillary was not implicated in that decision.
