My point is this. Morality is not to be blamed for immorality! That is so simple I do not see how one could argue against it unless their world view is bass-ackwards. I agree that this is a simplistic view but the mere fact that it is simplistic does not necessarily mean that it is 100% wrong.

It has been a liberal legislative and judicial branch that has been the backbone of public and legal policy over the vast bulk of the last 40 years. And anyone with a quarter can buy a newspaper and research the results.

How is that summary overly simplistic? That's exactly how I would characterize your response to a well presented line of reasoning. JLA
