*******OPEN LETTER TO DAN SCOTT*********** Dan, It appears you've been in office for awhile now, and many of us would really appreciate some type of communications with you at this point. We understand you have come on board in a somewhat bad time for the company, and are most likely extremely busy with you attempts at getting things back on track. Many of us have been patient for a very long time and would sincerely like to discuss things with you and get a feel as to where you plan on taking the company in the future. Perhaps a post or news release from you, simply to introduce yourself to the stockholders would be extremely appreciated. Also, as you know, the company has a website already up and running. This might be a great way to update stockholders from time to time. Good luck in your endeavors and we all hope to hear from you shortly. Cheers
