Let's see some proof that kevin or jim b are associated with carl and when you say "loaded" give me some numbers. How many has carl pumped and how many are the same that Top Dog picks? And please name them.

1) I've personally NEVER talked or corresponded with Carl Jr or Sr.. It was brought to my attention the rumors surrounding him about 2 weeks ago and have no new info to lead me to believe of anything wrong ... he is NOT a part of TOP DOG... I have found that he is on our list of 2,000 readers and contributes info... I don't always agree with his postings but can do nothing about it... I don't have control over our readers.. to kick him off the list without proof of wrongdoing would be wrong I believe... We treat him no differently than any other reader... As for all that I've read of his alleged illegal involvement with these companies... I've yet to see any proof.. if I do see it then he's off the list... just as I would with any other reader. And with what I've heard recently... I'm keeping my eyes and ears open and not turning my back to the issue.. as for a "conspiracy" of some sort with him... not so... if it was true I would NOT have been buying all the way up... I would have sold it all above $1.00 not have been buying... SEC is WELCOME to check my trading records... that won't be a problem... they are ON my newsletter as I gave them the email address when I started TOP DOG and have all the documents needed... Pick on Carl if you like... he's independent from us and just like any other reader... your concerns are between he and you... HOWEVER, if illegal acts were done and I find proof.. like I said he'll be taken off the list... I'm done my homework on this and of course if someone wants to do something illegal... people just aren't going to be able to protect themselves... but for the most part I don't have reason to believe he's in the wrong... I run my newsletter along with Kevin ... we make the decisions and have a pretty decent subscriber list... MANY people get involved in many common stocks... so to say that Carl is in alot of stocks we've picked... .. well, you could say that for about 2,000 people or so.. to be honest, all I know is Carl is active with EDII, PRWT and was in MTEI... TOP DOG has had probably 30stock picks since it started.. so 3 or 4 of out 30??? I don't see a conspiracy here.. I'm sorry that you feel you must spread lies about our involvement... I too am unhappy about how MTEI turned out.. but come on... point that fingers at those that were illegallly running the company and who made out with hundreds of thousands or millions of dollars.. NOT at those who were misled and also lost money... you're making this worse than it is... it's already a tragedy... this is the ONLY PUBLIC STATEMENT I'll make about Carl or any other concerns about someone on our reader list.. we aren't detectives and can't find out much of anything about our readers... usually we don't even get a name ... just an email address.. anyway... take care... wishing everyone well... if someone does feel they need to submit my name to the SEC for investigation.. please do so... they can get my personal info from SI... or they can forward my email address JIMB123@FLASH.NET as I will be happy to turn over ALL trading records with this stock or any other.. I have a wife and kid... NO WAY IN HELL I'm gonna risk jail time to try and swindle money out of investors that are just like myself. if you fell you MUST repsond to this message.. please do so in PM or via EMAIL as this is SO OFF TOPIC... I realize the concerns and the reasons behind your posts.. but your conclusions are wrong.. at least about us at TOP DOG anyway. jim ps.. when you get your research done on the rest of our readers.. be sure and let me know which ones have signed up and are sending us invalid, misleading or illegal info so that I can take them off the list... which won't really do much to save anyone just by removing them from our reader list... if they still want to do something illegal they will... All we can hope for is that the law will catch up with them and deal with them ASAP.
