Cos, let them sell! I have been waiting patiently all week to begin buying again. I strongly advise that anyone who was thinking about averaging down due so by the closing bell tomorrow. Looking for heavy buying to come in next week. Looks like things are going quite well down in Chile. Gordon and his crew are camped high atop Lapangue doing about 11 1/2 miles of IP lines at the moment reportedly accompained by the chief geologist of Asarco. AR is extremely interested in the polymetalic nature of the deposit and its enoromous size. It likely that the size goes beyond present claims so look for MDIN to try to get options on nearby land as well-certainly before they release drill results. I'm keeping my ears open the rest of the month for hints on how the surveys/drilling is going. Watch for unexpected large block buys!

Fear! Cosmo Fear! People are watching their portfolio's toilet! They are being told by brokers to dump all "non-essential" stocks. They are telling them that the only stocks to hold should be the Blue-chippers they've taken a beating on! In frustration people are selling the "chump change" to get some gratification for being to over-exposed to a volatile market. There is more to come! Watch what happens by the 10-14 Sept. Everyone will be getting their monthly statements from their mutual fund managers and will hit the roof, creating another wave of selling!! Then we enter the dreaded October!! It ain't over, in fact I am predicting a 4600 TSE and a 6600 DOW by November followed by 12 months of complete unadulterated pain....a bear!! I went 95% liquid three months ago because I believed we had hit a double-top!! It turns out I was 2 months early. If the US dollar continues to weaken then people will "fly" to gold, if so then my TSE 4600 won't occur, if they go to bonds...4600 here we come!! IMHO All of these penny-stocks including the two I own will be ignored no matter what they find until next fall! If I can be more depressing...let me know!!<gggg> the Chief
