I'm not looking for "revenues" type answer but rather:
Do they appear serious about the business?
Are they knowledgeable?
Can they represent them self well?
Do they have good equipment?
How's there relationship with the "known" parent company?
And very important: How is the whole team/company?

Those are questions that I would ask myself after being interviewed by a company and got offered lower paid and risky job but with a lot of stock options.
