Mr. Mertz. Fair enough. Every Naxos investor must at this point decide if they have good reason to trust in the forward plan of current management and that managements ability to pull it off. Much of this decision will be emotional for many. But it should be a simple issue of careful review of the plan, the players who will carry out the plan and the likelyhood of success.

Trust me, I'm not laughing about Naxos. I do laugh at life and as often as possible at myself. Bottom line to all of this is money. We invested to make some...correction...a lot! And that dream is slowly dying. Hopefully we are all gainfully employed and the success or failure of Naxos affects only the date of our planned retirement and not if we can make next months mortgage payment.

Naxos may still rise from the ashes with a plan for a very nice return on the investment, but we should stop thinking about Mr. Snows' $10,000 shares. It clouds our thinking and distorts our ability to give the new plan a fair hearing before we make a final decision to stay or go.

Good luck

Tom
