Judy, Yes I did notice the LU/ASND relationship. Right now I don't have an ASND position though. P&F chart indicates support at $33, if/when it hits, I will re-enter. I'm a little apprehensive about getting in above $40 as I suspect that the deal may not happen immediately in Oct. and I think some will panic and drive the price down (part of that uncertainty that you mention). Whether it happens in Oct or not, I do not have any doubts that it will happen before the end of the year. I got into CIEN very briefly after we talked about it. Haven't really paid attention to it since they renegotiated the deal. How does the arbitrage play look in this market? Tom
