The most illiterate post except those from a paisely. The control of Oilex now passes to the debenture holder upon conversion and Saul is out. Where do you think the price of Oilex is going to go, up? I don't think so.

Investing in a BB stock carries enormous risk. None of the press releases were false nor were what the company quoted as daily production on the days you might have talked to management. You are whining again Marty. Allen is not to blame events spiralled out of his control as oil prices dropped. The loss in the value of your asset is a function of you not averaging down through the dilutions that were not the fault of management. Oilex can still be turned around and become a viable company if Saul steps down now before he is thrown out. The bankruptcy must be withdrawn now to save the company. The creditors are willing to work out a payment plan now without bankruptcy protection. Saul is not telling you the whole story.
