This sounds good to me (making warrants redeemable anytime). Unless anyone can make a good case against doing it that way, it's got my vote.

Got the check on one of the last planes out of here, but don't know how long it would take to get to the real world.....

I got caught trying to install JATO rockets to the C-130 before takeoff.......hey! Could have sped things up a bit, huh?

Keith, I would prefer to be able to execute the warrants at any time between now and the expiration date. If we do go up in price in the next month or two, I'm sure some people would like to exchange the warrants and perhaps sell some shares if they need money for other things. It just gives us more flexability to plan and manage our finacial needs as they arise.

I may have enough cash to excersize warrants some time this fall but you never know what could happen by June 1. It would be a shame to have good warrants but not the cash on hand to execute them.

Just my opinion. I never heard of warrants that were only executable on the expiration date. Probably would cause the TA a few problems being overloaded as well.
