Maybe we could, but the shares would have to have been purchased during the period Apr. 24, 1997 to Sept. 26, 1997. How many holders are there from that time frame? I own a few from back then, but probably not more than Lerach. :-(

What does this mean to Cymer short/long term? Can anyone provide any similar histories of stocks that lost suits like this and what they're price did in the ensuing 2/4/6/12 months? I know its not a fair question, with the semi downturn et al, but any input is appreciated.

I've been averaging down (ala Buffet) since 35. I'm down to 22 with 200k in this puppy. I'm not selling but am pretty bummed.
