Yes its too late this was closed back in late May early June. Getting this settled with the plaintiffs is is the final chapter of the legal stuff.

Those were the people who took CVIA to court for the right to elect new mgt and to see corporate documents pertaining to merger with WOTD.
Thanks to them, CVIA is now a holding company, and has some very good chances for a turnaround, IMO.

They also paid the attorney's fees. It may seem like no big deal in retrospective, but back then it wasn't an easy step - it really seemed like there was no way out of the situation, most people were losing a lot of money, and not everyone was willing to pay for something they thought would produce no result anyway...

I was not on the list of plaintiffs (although I sent my votes in to have the merger reviewed by shareholders), so I just wanted to thank KAA, and everyone who supported the case financially. These folks have earned their compensation.
