Actually, in that case the much larger plaintiff wanted to be a plaintiff -- it just didn't want Lerach and his slimy bunch to represent them. Wisconsin wanted to be the lead plaintiff in the lawsuit, and they wanted to be represented by their own band of lawyers.

I would prefer that this lawsuit just go away. I'm sure that you do to. If we can't do that, then I'm all for trying to yank the case away from Lerach.
