I don't understand why the Dems put the kibosh on a censure vote. Lieberman is exactly right. The Congress should have a way to express its moral disapproval of the President and let him, the Congress, and us all get back to the nation's business.

Lieberman is right. It is far too soon to let Clinton slink away. Congress must disseminate all the evidence against him and vote to impeach. Much of the public still needs to be educated about the Clintons and it should be riveting good theatre.
