Sergio,I'm happy sitting in Money Market funds at present<g>.This is just another sign of flight to quality, that outflow money will have to go somewhere, and IMO, that more likely than not will be to bonds rather than cash. We have gotten spoiled with great returns for quite a few years,it's hard to change the spots on a dalmation, people want to invest more than they want to save..DD
PS: of course these are just my simplistic opinions,I'm sure sooner or latter Razor will confuse the hell out of me with facts..<lol>

"Analysts said growing speculation that the U.S. Federal Reserve will cut U.S.
interest rates at its next Federal Open Market Committee meeting in September
was also fueling some Canadian dollar buying.
A U.S. interest rate cut would make some U.S. investments less attractive to
short-term investors, who then might seek out higher-yielding investments in
countries like Canada.
"The other thing that is probably helping out is that there is still a lot of
speculation about a possible Fed easing," said Rob Palombi, fixed-income
analyst with Standard & Poor's MMS International. "
