PartyTime, why must you (at all costs to credibility) see things through rose-colored glasses. I have been a Zulu advocate, but at least can recognize some of the bad with the good (I hope). Sometimes it is better to accept that a problem exists, address it, and resolve it. Pushing it under the carpet accomplishes nothing, because there are too many of us looking under the carpets for skeletons. LOL There was no transition. Keith Montgomery was never an officer or director of Zulu. The filing, under oath, with State of Utah was "in error" per Paul Messina.. I will find out tomorrow who verified the annual report filed with the State, and continue my sleuthing.
