The key is in the name. All scammers plant a key in the name that is their personal joke. The Ibis is a crane or long billed wading bird of the family Threskiornithidae. Euodicimus Albus is a common species.
They have enormous long bills that they use to pluck shrimp and other bottom fish and mud dwellers. Mycteria Americana is also called "flinthead". If I am correct then the management see themselves as long billed waders. The long legs avoid capture and the long bills are for plucking wallets. The water metaphor indicates that they have nests across the pond.
