MoneyBaggs, Wasn't it Mark Tow who went with Jack to investigate possibility of off shore accounts? Seems I recall you posting something about that on the ICVI thread. (Don't have time to search it out now.) Another question..in the 8-15 (Lacking funds/close company document) it is stated ....."request from Marc Tow and his group and J. Christensen requested having been rejected." Who is Marc Tow's "group" and why would they (Jack) request funding from them. That seems strange if Jack bought the land from him for 50mm shares why is he asking Tow for funding? I still question Tow and as a real estate laswyer he should know his way around the block to get his land back vs. holding worthless stock. Just some questions for when he is back in town. Sharon
