Paul, Re: Don't forget - Intel makes a lot of motherboards - and that kind of gives Intel the "INSIDE" advantage on using their own chips for LOM applications. Precisely... glad that you (or anyone) pointed that out. Good for Intel, and it almost ensure they will be the largest vendor in that particular category of network "card" (for lack of a better term). Now Intel has a big chunk, but how many units is that? (I only saw a % in the original post) Steve
