Yes, there are other entities like Monacard, and we have queried Skinner about them. There are no structured accounting services available for the online gamer to trust. It is amazing in one sense that online gaming has grown to where it is now without a system like WINR. All the other systems offer a way to get money in, but none offer a respectable way to get it back to you. The point of WINR was to get a system backed by very large and credible financial institutions. This could be duplicated, but the backing WINR has is arguably the best in the world, so other systems couldn't be backed by much better institutions. The debit card offers the customer easier access to the cash and added benefits of use for everyday purchases as any other debit card. The multicurrency option makes life easier for the customer to not have to go and cash it in for US Dollars, which are then sent to the casinos. All current casino operators' financial backers take US Dollars only. WINR can make life alot easier for the casino operator's customers. The credibility of the financial backing will allow people to feel safe in sending money. This is a concern which is evident in most articles on online gaming and e-commerce in general. Other aspects of the system that are beneficial include legal issues and detailed transaction history. The legal issues are obvious; the transaction history is yet another way to help the customer keep track of their own activity and have a hard copy of what they have done in the case of disputes. This is the essence of "no competition."

Here was Skinner's response that was posted a long time ago regarding Monacard:

Dear Miller,
In response to your e-mail I have found the following,
The Monacard is set up to use online only. A person uses their credit card to open a
account but they can only
use it online. They also don't have the ability to allow the individual to have access to
funds through thier card.
The funds are credited back to the original card used to open an account. In our case
the individual opens a
account with WINR and receives a debit card. This card can be used to access the
individuals account and have
transactions offline. They can go to their ATM ar use it at other offline merchants as
well as any online
merchants. We have been approached by other companies to provide our service to
other business outside of the
gaming industry. We are going forward with these applications the same as Monacard
only our card has a
two-fold application where theirs only has one.
If you have any more info please forward to me
Thanks,

David C. Skinner, Jr.
