Andy, why don't you ask Chuzz.
He writes covered calls on a fairly regular basis.

Andy, I've been selling DELL calls for the past two months. I've done it with other stocks over the past couple of years also. Specifically, I've been selling high "out of the money" calls on DELL. Here are my trades:

4 August 130's for $200.00
6 September 140's for $1100.00

I go for higher strike prices because I don't necessarily want my shares called away and its nice to make a little money on the side while holding such a great stock. DELL call premiums are higher than most tech stocks, but of course we all know why.

Good luck,
Marty
