Sjp, All insider activity is available free at www.insidertrader.com/sums.htm. Enter the symbol, check All and click on Get data and you will get a complete list of the 1997 and 1998 Sales and 144s fillings (there are no buys). Just in case you have not run into 144s filings, these are filled with the SEC regarding expected future sales or may be filings for sales already executed, but not reported. PS can someone tell me how to enter an address in a message so that it is Blue and can be clicked on for direct access to the web site? Chuck
