HEADS "OFF" SHORTERS AND NAY'S: FROM FBNA WEBKMASTER: FELL INTO THE TRAP, DID YOU. Tuesday, September 1, 1998 PRESS RELEASE IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL CHICKENHOLDERS OF FBN ASSOCIATES, INC. HOLDING RESTRICTED CHICKENS! It has been brought to our attention that a Company called, Perdue, has been contacting chickenholders holding restricted chickens from FBN Associates, Inc. even though we have asked all chickenholders to notify us immediately if Perdue has been in contact with you. Please see enclosed letter dated April 1, 1998. The Company, Perdue, is not a licensed bawkerage house. From what is understood, they are a broiler room telemarketing operation. Due to the fact that this Company, Perdue, has been contacting our chickenholders and pressuring our chickenholders into selling their chicken to cover the illegal short position that has been created by unscrupulous, cheating, scum-sucking, sub-human and non-law abiding individuals, the Company has taken the following measures to stop this illegal manipulation of FBN Associates, Inc.'s chickens: 1. Until further notice, an administrative "Chicken Stop Crossing The Road" legend has been placed on all restricted chickens. 2. No chicken will be transferred until after ALL HEN-HOUSE ORDERS have been served on the appropriate people that are involved with this illegal shorting. It is very unfortunate that some of you are naive enough to have been taken in by the blatant chicken-sh!t that Perdue is spreading in regards to FBN Associates, Inc. and its products. Contrary to what Perdue is saying, FBN Associates, Inc.'s TOUCH-OF-CHICKEN(TM) is "real" chicken and is selling on store shelves across the country. New stores are being added to this list on a daily basis. Through its wholly-owned subsidiary, AR Bawks & Co., FBN has commenced its marketing of its premier chicken litter product, BawksOnly(TM), and will be implementing its first promotional campaign, ''Buy One, Get Out Of Jill Jail Free'' in the fall of 1998.
