"A number of respected analysts have gone over the company with a fine-toothed comb, and all have reiterated their confidence in the company, its fundamentals and its management.

I believe OXHP had 22 or 23 strong buy and buy ratings vs one lone sell rating when it was in the 80s.

Quantum Research is a short selling outfit that also is a market maker under the symbol of QNTM. If it is the same firm that issued a sell here, they are very good at what they do. I couldn't find the press release though.

T2,
"""While I think the stock may trade sideways for a few more days due to the market mood, I believe the stock will start moving up, and quite strongly. Especially before their Oct. earnings report. This
is the quarter that demand for their staffing is highest, and this quarter has always been their best."""
Curious statement, their SEC filings indicate the Oct quarter isn't expected to be as strong.

Market mood? The price was in a decline based on fundamentals before the general market meltdown. The jump following the decline was artificial because bargain hunters didn't research the company they just looked at it as a stock that was down because of the overall market. We have once again entered the decline that was evident previously and it will expand exponentially when the bargain hunters realize their error and head to the exit.
