Over the past couple weeks, I've been very interested in figuring out if the interactive entertainment industry is under pressure due to sector concerns or if it's just falling along with the rest of the market. To that end, I have developed an Interactive Entertainment Index which I think will assist those who monitor this industry. Please feel free to find it at: home.earthlink.net

Thanks,

Vic

Thank God we have a hard won Constitution which Congess must uphold!!

Right, Jan. Congress passes laws, such as the antitrust laws. The Executive branch enforces them. The Judicial branch interprets them, and sees that they are consistent with the Constitution. That's our system as I understand it. Is your understanding different somehow? Congress is empowered to repeal laws too, and has even passed statutory antitrust immunity for certain parties. Haven't heard Microsoft or friends ask about that, I wonder why not?

Cheers, Dan, sometimes naive high school civics guy.
