Stan, Jesus overcame the world and sin through his death and resurrection. He did not love His life even to death. That is a difficult statement. That is what is so attractive about the pre-trib rapture theory. No suffering. I don't want to. Nobody does. I pray that those that know the evil is coming find a way to hide themselves. Paul does say that some will remain alive when Jesus returns so all are not slain. It's a given the pre-trib believers will be unprepared for the evil day and not have a plan. "My people perish for lack of knowledge". "The complacency of fools will kill them". It will be possible to get by without the mark of the beast for a time while it is a voluntary system, like direct deposit. Now the government is moving to make direct deposit mandatory for any recipient of federal money. First voluntary, then mandatory. The day will come when the beast system will be made mandatory by law, but I think first it will be voluntary. If we are prepared for that and have a plan, a place to go, we will be OK. That is my hope. It will only be a short time from that day to the return of the Lord. It is only necessary for everyone to decide, a matter of months, then the end can come. It won't be like those people who have followed false teaching, sold everything, went to the desert to wait. The signs will be so obvious to us it will not be a mistake. I believe the Revelation is being opened up to us in these last days. The beast system seems to be behind schedule (their schedule). The vice-president of Visa was calling for a cashless society by the last half of the 90's. It seems unlikely that cash will disappear that quickly. If you follow the new laws you will see there is a war on cash by our government. But until the currency fails people will be loath to give it up voluntarily. Most people are unaware of the preparations being made, but not all. The powerful elitists behind it are hard at work. Their plans are moving forward. Lord have mercy on us all! Bob
