Dauntless, You know I agree with you with regards to the autonomy of the FDA. I just wanted to provide some balance to your post that suggested that a decision would come in 10 months (given that some people in this forum have no practical experience with the review process). In this light, Claud provided the forum with insightful information regarding the different people that review the NDA for acceptance and those that review the NDA for its relevance. As for your "knowledge" of future events that you construe to be "good news", why don't you share your research with the group. If the information is of value, then some shorts may cover. Otherwise, it appears that you are just touting the stock. Tokyo
