BellBoy, My sincerest apologies for not having the time to share my notes with you, when we spoke I had no idea about my Grandmother, time is very precious here and will do my best to get info out to all. Thank you for your understanding. As far as the timing of shareholders meeting it was stated very clearly that it will be prior to Dec. 31st of this year. (perhaps you missed that when you went to see that man about a dog ;) ) Also do keep in mind that there are many reasons to have a shareholder meeting beyond an Annual one. ,,, barbara
