Christian, I am always amazed how vehemently longs will insist that their particular company did not issue a floorless, when the facts are there in black and white. I argued for days over on the Osicom thread with a fellow who insisted that various clauses put a floor underneath it. The simplest way to tell is if they register more shares would be created at the nominal conversion price (19.49 in your example). When you see language like "This filing represents 400% of" you can be certain it is. Barb
