Alys of course there is an active short. The S-3 is about gone so the 3.3 million declared short as of 8-15 is real. Back office scuttlebutt has it they were very nervous when TCLN ran to $1.31 last Thursday. Shorts have to mark to the market everyday and if underwater they may have to go out and actually borrow the stock which could be tricky. We still have an R4 designation meaning that technically any total short greater than 1/2 of 1% has to have borrowed stock or will be bought in. It's the same crew doing it - Herzog, Knight and Legg - so that hasn't changed though there used to be more of them. We have something like 30 mm's now. I personally await mid-September for any big noise out of Tustin, that's about five business days. WE89 are you still the Idec bull who is a stockbroker?
