"He has a BS in metallurgical engineering and is working on a masters Degree."

I personally tried to have Kim form Naxos tell me several months ago what Mr. Norton's college experience was. I got the stone wall from him. I do not know why Naxos does not want to publish this information. Can you tell me why?

Where did you say he got this degree? It should be made clear that this person also presented a copy of an Email form the school Mr. Norton's said he attended. They stated that they had no record of Mr. Norton attending the school. What is the truth in this regard? Who is not telling the truth? Could there be a mistake regarding the school? Are the schools records in error? I think Mr. Norton or Sid must clear up this issue for us, so we can go on. Where did he attend school? When? What was his degree in? What employment did he have while in school? This is important information for anyone wanting to invest in Naxos. It must be cleared up.

Regarding all the back up, I feel we need to have Sid put out a press release to determine that what this person claims is true or false. I see no reason something as important to the continuation of Naxos should not be fully addressed by Sid. Unless Sid clears up these issues, we will never know who is telling us the truth. All we know is there are two sides of this story and we do not know which is the correct version. This is an important issue in that the lifeblood of Naxos appears to hinge on Mr. Norton being who and what he claims he is. We are being told on this thread that he will save the company by taking over unprofitable mines and put them in a positive cash flow position fast enough to keep Naxos going. Is he qualified to do this? Is this a solid plan?

Regarding the DD on your part, how do we know it is the truth? Did you get written statements form these people? Will they be willing to supply written information to you so that Naxos may put it out in a press release?

Regarding questions, I will ask them endlessly until I get the truth.
