Lerach's law firm: mwbhl.com Lerach's resume: mwbhl.com Their recent class action suits: mwbhl.com The site has many examples of class action complaints filed by Lerach and crew. The last legal pleadings were posted on 8/31/98, so the CYMI lawsuit should be posted in the next few days.

My brother has been a securities broker for almost 20 years, and an attorney for about 4 years, although not in security law. Coincidently, he will be visiting me in San Diego Monday and Tuesday. If anyone has any specific questions, post them here or e-mail me and I'll ask him then. Just looked up my purchases, and I bought my first shares 10/24/97 (trying to catch a falling knife; I have learned my lesson!) so unfortunetly I am not in the time frame the suit covers.
