Beg to differ, it was all the same ad: white guys through a turnstile with Willie Horton's mugshot transposed on top. <edit: Oops, maybe you're right; now that I look at it carefully, the article refers to a Bush add and a PAC ad. I stand corrected, but my original point was right. Willie Horton mugshot was in the Willie Horton ad.>
Bush/Quayle didn't sponsor the Willie Horton ad, it was always a PAC job on behalf of Bush/Quayle. Read the article:
