Ibexx..I agree that his funds did poorly and his market letter performance was erratic. However the book is quite good, especially the parts about identifying bull and bear markets early Predicting these events is mostly impossible, so recognizing the real thing (as opposed to sucker rallies etc ) early is very valuable, and this book has these tool. Read it, I think you would find it useful. My paperback copy cost less than $12 discounted. If i get even one good idea from a book it's worth the money. Running a mutual fund is a different skill from being a good teacher.
regards as always

Aramco Hires Origin For Massive SAP R/3 Project

From InformationWeek...

Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery Co., one of the world's largest
oil producers and exporters, is expected to soon announce a
contract with Origin B.V. to implement SAP R/3 v. 4.5 for
23,000 end-users in Saudi Arabia, the Netherlands, the
United Kingdom, and the United States.

The SAP project will be the largest in the oil industry and
may be the largest ever, according to John Le Rossignol, SAP
global practice leader for Origin, a Netherlands-based
integrator that derives nearly half its $1.9 billion annual
revenue from ERP implementation and outsourcing services--
primarily with SAP but also with Baan and QAD.

Philips Electronics owns a majority stake in Origin, which
has a large customer base in the oil industry, including
Royal Dutch Shell. On Monday, Origin said it won three-year
contract to provide support services for Mitsubishi Consumer
Electronics America Inc.'s SAP R/3 implementation. --Bruce
