To All, I can see a rosy picture after all. When FXWA defaults on its debt to International, International will forgive the debt in lieu of a free purchase agreement on its options to purchase FXWA shares and once again we will have majority ownership and be able to post numbers on our balance sheet. On the other hand, they could payoff the debt and we will all be dancing in the streets. It's a beautiful morning were I'm sitting. Paid my sixty bucks yesterday and got my frustrations out. Still don't trust Management or PR. Hoping for the best. I'll believe it when I see it! As SG once said "Show me the stock price increase!" Ted
