Rocket,
I still like the stock long term but figure I can take the tax loss and buy it back cheaper in a month. I believe they were caught off guard and the posibility of another confirming study was not brought up by them but must have been requested by the FDA. Getting the FDA to back off that is a long shot. SO I sold at 13.25 and will buy back at 11 or better.
