Actually both swabbers are repaired but Oilex probably won't get them. Your understanding of bankruptcy borders on the incompetent. Bankruptcy protects a company against creditors. Oilex offices have moved to Luling from Houston. Clearing water mains with this kind of swab tool tears up the swab cups, no lubrication. A different kind of swabber is used to clean water mains.
