Morning My Friend in Paris... While I bring a contrarian approach to this thread, i can assure you IKE it has nothing to do with anyones position here... what I mean is I truly feel this way at this moment...You should know that since 94 i've been a raging perma-bull...heck we talked about that for months in 97... IKE I just don't come here to create ill will...not my thing... i come here with a real personal opinion about the market and its direction based on my own information, no one elses... i truly believe we are NOT in the same place as last year or the year before...too many cracks in the armour...too many outside influences creating "Real" problems here and abroad... No My friend things are not the same... While I can & do appreciate anyone's opinion, i don't have to agree with it...right now I feel your thinking is too bullish....i don;t think you thought we could hit 7400, i did and posted it here...you on the other hand think I'm too bearish<ggg>...that's what makes this give & take so wonderful... your macro economic experience is something I really have no knowledge of...your out there watching and listening..i'm not...all i get is sense of what's happening by reading and talking about it... Do I think the Sky is falling??? NO!!! but things need to be taken care of right now around the world or we will go into a world wide recession in 99-2000 IMO...something has to happen... if Greenspan cuts rates that would be a terrific boost to the markets, but I don't know what "real" effect it would have world wide... so I feel it's important to have a different viewpoint if its VALID!!! i think my current read is VALID...could I be wrong<g> me?? nah!!! have a very nice day in Paris....
