It was just reported that Oil Cartel was able to hold 90% of the committed Oil volume from last gathering/agreement. That percentage is much higher than anything previous and shows much stronger resolve. It is one of the reasons contributing to the increased price of oil (My National Oil Well (NOI) is up nicely today). Broker expects it to be back to 22 within 12 months buts cautions that one must be patient on the oil service companies.
