I don't care what that rich guy said, for most of us excessive trading=loss!
That may be great advice most times(and I have been in that bar in Taos), but would you want to go on record of recommending a "sell" after 5 straight days up? Most of us have a hard time reacting profitably for a mere $.50 down swing in POG.
