...after a South American devaluation and next stock market crash, maybe. Else, Tietmeyer needs Rubin/Greenspan to stay steady until the Euro achieves homeostasis, IMHO.

The post-ColdWar US is so far ahead of the rest of the world right now, their only problem is taking care of their industrial colonies Japan and Germany, while they cope with the absorption of the new industrial colony, the C.I.S.

The US is trying to divest itself of its remaining industrial legacy. They thought they could use Japan for this purpose - but their Corporate State is too monolithic, and only works well on offense. So, we cannot depend on The Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere. But it looks like we can depend upon The Fourth Reich. (^_^)
