Phil, if nothing else you provide that little bit of incentive to go the extra mile. MAC and MGR are aware that sitting and waiting is not doing anyone any good. The idea that prices can go down is being seen for the first time in MAC's management's experience. Their parents never experienced it. It is kind of tough to deal with, and you often look to blame someone (anyone). I'm not supporting their position, it's just that I understand it. We're trying hard to come up with a solution, and there are many options available. Just trying a few more. Dave
