Tim, Maybe the clarification was really an addendum to a negotiating point, with the "clarification" as the excuse to make the point public. Ericsson suggests they are prepared to fight over the legal term "valid". So that seems to now justify that the principle any "reward" would be discounted by the opportunity costs incurred by a legal fight fraught with risks? Regards, Greg B.
