Gary

Am a former CS shareholder who took his lumps and am thinking about getting back in. Your point about NETVA is interesting - am not familiar with the CS/NETVA deal but am interested in opinions/thoughts re any downside to NETVA if one takes this route to get in to CS. Eg what is deal doesnt go through what happens...
Thanks

Gary, Are you still in this dog? I'm still holding a 1000 shares cause I know as soon as I give up the damn thing will pop!

This market is fu%%$#ing killing me. I only have a pittance of what I used to. Finally succumbed to a margin call, and opted for unloading half of my RDRT. Still have lots of PAIR and added a little CIEN today.

It's only money right??????? Can I come sleep on your couch if I need to?

Regards,

Larry

>>You can still buy CS at less than 6 3/4. NETVA closed yesterday at just below 4.
As 1 share of NETVA = .6154 shares of CS on about 9/25, buying NETVA at 4 is
like buying CS at a price of about 6 1/2.<<

Hi Gary

You're still hanging around this dark scary place?

You're right, of course, but NETVA is no longer a marginable purchase in my account (I can margin stocks purchased above 5 even if they drop as low as 3). So I'm holding my NETVA but have been buying CS.

What an incredible market. Things that looked good in early summer (ATML at 14, PAIR at 14, CS at 14) have fallen another 50%.

Looks like your arbitrage position was indeed the right choice. I was sure you were missing out on a good thing. Now maybe is the time to bite?

good luck, Bruce
