Steve, I did not check all your links, or the dates the warnings were released to the AWWA members. I've seen articles like this for a few years. Most utilities have taken a high priority about Y2K. What else do they have to do!!! ;-) With the new competition due to deregulation, performance, reliability and even PRICE are now things they have to worry about. The easiest for them to accomplish is performance. That is all they historically had to worry about. I have NO DOUBT my utility will be able to bill its customers correctly come Y2000
