Swedelo, my numbers are based on shares held in brokerage account firms (any broker may obtain this). It was about 3.1 million in july, this does not take into account certificates not held in street name, but generally anything held in the float is in street name. (The reason i took the time to do this is because I had similar fears as you did, that the float was increasing substantially). While it has gone up, i haven't seen anything significant yet. Additionally, i have no speculation on the private placement. It certainly is possible, but again we may be way off (it is difficult to tell). I personally would ask the company straight out and see if they will give you an answer.
